Battle the Summer Heat at the Hot Yoga Om Studio, Fort Walton Beach
Hot yoga might be one of the last things on your mind during the humid summer months. But did you know that practicing hot yoga during the hot summer months like July will help better acclimate you to the heat and humidity outside? If you practice hot yoga frequently, the summer heat won’t feel as hot to you and you might not need your air conditioning quite as much. During your hot yoga practice, your body cools itself down through sweat so when you walk outside after, the air doesn’t feel as hot either. But as always, hydration is the key – before, during and after your hot yoga practice.
Now is a great time to practice hot yoga to get your heart pumping, increasing your circulation, flexibility, mobility, strength and more. Join us at the Hot Yoga Om Studio in downtown Fort Walton Beach.
